Job Description

  • Responsible for building and establishing positive relationships between Maximus and the client
  • Liaising between the Operations team and the clients to ensure high quality delivery and prompt resolution of any issues
  • Understanding the customer’s business drivers, structure, and strategies, to ensure solutions have maximum business impact.
  • Providing thought leadership, superior value, and solution innovation “through the eyes of the customer”, this forms the cornerstones to building a meaningful long-term relationship.
  • Working with an involving the customer closely in the planning, execution, and periodic review of the business relationship to build customer loyalty and retention.
  • Building a superior knowledge of competitor tactics and strategies to drive unique differentiation, enabling the account team to demonstrate exclusive benefits.
  • Using technology as a means of reinforcement, idea exchange, and accelerating account team effectiveness
  • Developing and implement action plans to improve company-client relationship. Focusing on realistic, quantifiable, results oriented implementation is essential.
  • Developing and present weekly reporting and tracking service delivery against KPIs
  • Developing and presenting more comprehensive performance reporting, and continuous improvement plans on behalf of the Operations team to the client. This includes designing presentations and dashboards for client consumption
  • Ensuring client needs are communicated to the Operations Director and Leadership and factored into the goals of the programme
  • Working closely with Operations Director to set objectives and implement strategies necessary for achieving set goals and target
  • Analyzing industry trends to identify developments in client relations and adjust accordingly
