Quality Assurance Manager

Works with corporate resources to develop an approved Quality Assurance Plan which: a) incorporates contractual, policy and operational standards and b) describes how these are monitored, measured, and reported.
Conducts quality audits in accordance with the plan and reports out individual audit exceptions along with identifying emerging trends and recommendations for remedial actions.
Uses appropriate change control processes to implement approved process improvements to team training materials and/or operational procedures as well as contractual changes or changes in government policy or procedure.
Works with individuals / team leads to explain individual audit findings and provide remedial training; where necessary, work with programme management to develop individual performance improvement plans.
Collaborates with global corporate quality assurance in a global community of practice and incorporates best practice procedures, as appropriate.
Serves as programme champion for continuous process improvements by soliciting input across the business and incorporating it into ad hoc discussions as well as part of formal Quality Assurance reports.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Bachelor's degree in social services field, business administration, or related field; or four years supervisory experience within a target orientated business environment.
Minimum two years’ experience in quality assurance or business analyst experience with demonstrated skills in workflow analysis.
Experience working / collaborating in a team environment.
Experience coaching or training staff in a performance environment.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with an ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
