Job Description

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire end to end recruitment process for your area of responsibility, working closely with the Business Unit Leaders to provide advice and guidance, whilst also engaging with candidates and actively promoting Maximus Gulf as an employer of choice. 

  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements. 
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, attending recruitment fairs, representing the business in a professional manner 
  • Ensure that all internal and external customers are fully briefed and aware of required recruitment best practice guidelines and documentation 
  • Develop and deliver a recruitment plan to attract and retain high-calibre qualified candidates, and diversity candidates through employer branding 
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to, coach & guide junior members of the TA team to ensure they are trained and have a strong understanding of recruitment process and principles 
  • Support, coach and guide the TA team to maintain the ATS to facilitate the accurate reporting of recruitment management information 
 

 Resource Planning 

  • Work in partnership with Business Leaders & People Partners to understand future manpower requirements to forward plan recruitment campaigns for the business 
  • Analyse and devise a recruitment plan for future growth according to the budget 
  • Ensure all suppliers we are working with are fully briefed so that they become partners of the Company, promoting our values and culture to prospective Employees at the commencement of any assignment 
 Sourcing & Selection 
  • Lead on Social media channels ensuring we are maximising on our reach and engagement of talent across the region 
  • Train and develop junior members of the TA team on best practise use of social media channels 
  • Review all job descriptions and job adverts prior to posting 
  • Grows own industry network consistently, globally 
  • Proactively advise on the implementation and use of new assessment tools for selection process in accordance with the roles 
  • Ensure all live vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time and to the required standards as documented 
  • Understand current trends across markets and their effects on talent acquisition  
  • Keep up to date with latest recruitment techniques & innovations, advising ways in which the team can utilize these ideas to further improve the recruitment process 
  • Ensure the team are maximizing social media initiatives 
  • Ensure competency-based selection and assessment processes are consistently and professionally applied and aligned accordingly to roles 
  • Lead the team to build a talent pipeline of candidates to ensure a direct proactive approach to recruitment is maintained 
  • Investigate and suggest new markets to explore for talent 
 
 

 Stakeholder & Client Relationship 

  • Fully engage across the business and gain an in-depth understanding of their functions 
  • Collaborate and consult with business leaders and hiring managers on tactical recruitment plans designed to meet their business objectives and land the talent required 
  • Agree campaign plan details and timescales prior to commencement of assignment and deliver accordingly 
  • Work collaboratively with People Partners in areas of responsibility, regularly meeting with them to ensure clear communication channels 
  • Provides advice, counsel, and/or resolution to hiring managers on recruitment issues including, but not limited to, policy interpretation and any related labor law updates.
