IT Support Analyst

Maximus is looking to hire an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our project team in Riyadh.

What you can expect in the IT Support Analyst role: 

• Provide technical support and guidance to the end users.
• Manage and deploy End-user device configuration.
• Setup and support for new user setup across the Maximus Offices in the Kingdom.
• Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software Incidents/problems.
• Liaise with IT suppliers to repair IT hardware or software faults.
• Maintain & update information in the asset register and other related documents.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in IT, computer science or similar relevant field.
• Expert on Desktop, Laptops, and Smart Phones
• Minimum 3+ experience in an IT Technical support role
• Experience of Microsoft desktop applications and Microsoft 365 suite and admin setup controls
• Use of remote support services and tools e.g., Quick Assist/TeamViewer
• Expert in Windows platform
• A good understanding of IT Telephony and networking
• Customer-focused approach and calm in nature.
• Ability to travel, if requested to remote Maximus Offices.
