IT Service Operations Manager

Maximus is looking to hire an enthusiastic IT Service Operations Manager to join our project team in Riyadh.

What you can expect in the IT Service Operations Manager role: 

• Lead the IT Infrastructure / Operations function (data-centre service, offices, IT platform/landscape) and Operations (Service Desk, Support, End-User).
• Manage, deliver, and support an efficient operational service delivery to end-users who service multiple business contracts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and information security protocols.
• Source and/or manage 3rd Party IT suppliers (IT procurement, service maintenance or support service) ensuring timely delivery or agreed SLA KPIs are being achieved.
• Support standards, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Comply with the Maximus security and privacy policies to ensure customer data, confidential data and personal information is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way, and our obligations around this are maintained

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree
• ITIL Service Operations life cycle management certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 controls for IT Infrastructure and Operations
• 10+ experience in Service operations life cycle management.
• Experience in ITSM Tool.
• Experience in providing IT Service management with underlying technologies like Microsoft Platform (AD, Domain Management, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Windows Server etc.), LAN, WAN, Cisco, VMware, IPSEC VPNs, Azure ADS, Office 365, Windows Desktop.
• Different Telephony and Internet services; IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN.
• Understanding of Service and its underlying systems and components.
• Understanding of on-premises and cloud setup of IT and Business Applications.
• Understanding of Cloud Development Technology stack (e.g., IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, DRaaS)
