Maximus is looking to hire an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our project team in Riyadh.

What you can expect in the Business Analyst role: 

• Perform detailed requirements analysis.
• Document and evaluates business processes
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develops optimisation strategies in conjunction with the development team.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gather critical information for meetings with various stakeholders and produces useful reports.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most to the role:

• Bachelors’ degree in business, management information systems or related field or demonstrated relevant experience in lieu
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Experience developing process maps and translating business requirements
