Job Description

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide a professional and efficient recruitment service to the business. Working closely with your stakeholders to ensure live vacancies within your area of responsibility are filled in a timely, cost effective, efficient manner.  

  • Responsible for specific business areas, partnering with multiple stakeholders up to Director level and People Partners, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service for all internal and external vacancies across the function
  • Market mapping of industry and competitors
  • Grow your own industry network consistently, globally
  • Provide specialist recruitment knowledge and advice ensuring that best practice recruitment is delivered consistently across the business
  • Develop and clearly communicate recruitment plans for each vacancy to Hiring Managers and People Partners
  • Provide advice and resolution to managers on recruitment issues including, such as policy interpretation 
  • Regular sourcing and speculative processes to build a talent pipeline for your roles
  • Write engaging internal and external adverts based on a thorough vacancy briefing with the hiring manager
  • Direct sourcing of candidates using a range of methods and tools, g. LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ensure all candidates are fully prepared for interviews/assessments and updated accordingly
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the planning of projects
  • Effectively articulate the company’s EVP to all candidates
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to all candidates that includes, sharing interview feedback and informing them of the company’s recruiting and onboarding process
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Executives to effectively execute a timely recruitment process including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters
  • Bring external market insights to TA, HR and Hiring Manager discussions.
  • Ensure your vacancy and candidate trackers are kept up to date to facilitate the accurate reporting of recruitment management information.
  • Maintain the ATS to facilitate the accurate reporting of recruitment management information
  • Ensure that all vacancies are advertised in a timely way on the ATS (MaxHR)
  • Ensure that all vacancies are recorded accurately within the ATS and all candidates are captured and managed with the system throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactively advise on the implementation and use of new assessment tools for selection process in accordance with your roles
  • Understand current trends across markets and their effect on the recruitment of your roles and advises the hiring manager accordingly
